1. Research use only. Everything on these sites — structures, candidates, predicted affinities, safety screens, evidence counts, trial designs and IND section manifests — is computational output for research. It is not medical advice, not a clinical or regulatory decision, and not a regulatory submission. Predicted values are predictions, not laboratory measurements. An IND section manifest is a checklist, not a filing.
2. Public data. Safety screens use openFDA FAERS, which is unvalidated spontaneous-report data subject to reporting bias; a disproportionality signal is a screen, not evidence of causation. Data from openFDA, ClinicalTrials.gov, PubMed, ChEMBL and Open Targets remains subject to those providers' own terms.
3. Verification. Anyone may verify published records with our published keys. A valid signature shows that a record has not changed since it was sealed; it does not show that its content is correct.
4. What you send us. Send only targets and information you have the right to share. Do not send personal health information or patient data.
5. Acceptable use. Do not overload the services, get around the bot checks or rate limits, or try to reach anything that is not published.
6. No warranty. The sites and their outputs are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, EpochCore is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the sites or their outputs.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA.
