EpochCore LLC ("EpochCore", "we") runs molecule-gen.org, proof.molecule-gen.org and landing.molecule-gen.org. This policy says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, and how to have it deleted. Questions: john@epochcoreqcs.com.
What we collect
- Target requests. When you use "Send us a target", we receive the target you name, any notes, and — if you give them — your email address, organisation and role. We also note which page you sent it from, and, to stop abuse, keep a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) and your browser's user-agent string.
- Site assistant. When you ask the assistant on proof.molecule-gen.org a question, your messages are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI to write the reply. We do not store the conversation. Your IP address is used briefly to limit how many messages can be sent per minute.
- Bot checks. The form and the assistant use Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address to tell people from bots.
- Your browser. The proof pages keep a copy of the last public proof record in your browser's local storage so the page still loads if our servers are slow. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you across sites; we use no advertising or tracking services.
- Other services your browser contacts. Like most websites, our pages load some content from other providers, which receive your IP address when your browser fetches from them: Google Fonts (fonts) and the RCSB Protein Data Bank (the reference protein structure); and, on the pages that re-check a result in your browser, openFDA (the live safety recompute) and public Bitcoin and Base data services such as mempool.space and OpenTimestamps (the timestamp check).
How we use it
To answer your request and run the work you ask for, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare — hosting, the database where form submissions are stored, bot checks, and the assistant's AI model.
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel) — our customer-relationship system. A form submission becomes a contact there, and HighLevel sends our notification email through its email provider.
What happens to a target you send us for a run is set out in our "Your data" note.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept until you ask us to delete them. Assistant conversations are not kept.
