Ag pilot · cultivated-batch fulfillment

for BioEchem and recurring-revenue partners

Every refill kit, signed from bin to greenhouse.

Pei grows the cultivated material in batches. Every two weeks (or every few months in humid climates) a customer needs a refill. Warehouse mapping puts each batch in a bin, FIFO ordering keeps shipments fresh, and BioSwarm closes the loop with a signed lineage record from cultivation date to greenhouse arrival.

How it works

Three signed steps, no integration debt.

1Batch produced + binnedA cultivated batch is harvested, packaged, and assigned a bin in the fulfillment warehouse. The warehouse-mapping software remembers exactly where it sits and which lot it came from.
2Customer orders refillWhen a deployed pack reaches its refill threshold, the dashboard triggers a refill order. The warehouse picks the oldest matching batch (FIFO) — no manual ledger, no expired stock.
3Signed lineage hand-offThe shipment carries a signed bundle: batch ID, cultivation date, storage conditions, picker time. The greenhouse receives it and the BioSwarm zone records the install — a single signed chain end-to-end.

Who buys it

High-value contexts where unsigned traceability fails.

BioEchem (Pei)Recurring-revenue customer relationship without manual SKU tracking. Every shipment is auditable.
Greenhouse + hydroponic operatorsPredictable refill cadence with full trace-back if a batch ever underperforms.
Insurance underwritersCultivated-material lineage proves what was installed and when — clean signal for property-protection claims.

Dr.

Dr. Pei Zhang, BioEchem LLC (Boston, MA). Grows the cultivated decarbonization microorganism material indoors; her cultivation recipe is the IP.

If every refill kit is signed back to the cultivation batch I prepped, I can defend the patent without ever publishing the recipe.

What they walk away withEvery refill shipment carries a signed lineage record (batch → bin → ship). Patent claims are defended by the chain, not the formula.

Operates ~6,000 sq ft FL greenhouse. Lost a 3,000-plant lettuce flat to a midnight irrigation leak in August. Receives refill kits every ~2-3 weeks (FL humidity stretches refill cadence months).

I don't want a tracking number. I want to know which batch I just installed and when the next one ships — automatically.

What they walk away withRefill cadence email + dashboard reminder, both anchored to her zone state. No manual reordering.
